Do Moms and Dads need to mind the kids while Ice Skating?

No. Parents can relax while enjoying a nice hot drink from the Ice Café. Kids will be supervised by our trained staff

Do you provide free parking?

Free parking is dependent on the event in question. We provide ample car parking in general but for larger events there are restrictions in place. Find out more by getting in touch

Is it safe?

Safety is paramount at Kilkenny On Ice. There will be a fully trained first aider on site at all times and we have also installed a first aid station. There will be young children in attendance so we would kindly ask that you would be mindful of those around you both on and off the ice. Ice Marshalls will be present on the ice during all sessions and our stewards will be monitoring all activities at the event at all times. In the interests of the safety and wellbeing of all patrons, age restrictions apply for some activities and we would kindly ask that you would co-operate by observing these age restrictions which are clearly outlined on site.

Is there any cafe/deli for relaxing while kids are playing?

Yes. Our Ice Cafe is a very cosy place where you can relax while enjoying some coffee and snacks.

It's my first time on Ice Skating. Is it a problem?

You don't need to worry about it. We have a highly trained team ready to support everyone at Ice Skating, from beginners to experts. Don't be afraid and come along have some fun.

Would it be possible to open the place only for a specific group/party?
